Jonathans story

Jonathan Rennie brings more than 30 years of leadership and business experience in the global capital projects industry. Beginning his career as a Document Controller, he worked through increasingly senior roles before becoming a Division President, where he led global teams of more than 6,000 people and businesses generating over $1 billion in annual revenue by his early 30’s.

His career has included leading teams and major projects across Europe, Asia, Australia, Latin America, Alaska, and the U.S. Gulf Coast. Through that work, Jonathan gained firsthand experience developing leaders, guiding organizations through change, and bringing together people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Today, Jonathan is the founder of Honeycomb Anthems, a Maxwell Leadership Executive Director, author of The Career Bridge, speaker, leadership coach, and host of The Jonathan Rennie Show. He now draws on decades of real-world experience to help professionals and organizations develop their people and build lasting impact.
